Job Summary
Join us at One Wall Street, where you will lead the culinary experience for the exclusive One Club, a premier dining destination for our elite residents.
As the Executive Chef, you will be the creative force behind our menus, working closely with our team to deliver extraordinary, personalized dining experiences. Together, we will push the boundaries of culinary innovation, setting the standard for luxury dining in one of New York’s most iconic residences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence by managing food costs and controlling expenditures with precision.
- Collaborate to create bold, innovative menus that captivate and exceed the expectations of One Club members.
- Manage purchasing and inventory efficiently, ensuring top-tier quality from our trusted vendors.
- Continuously introduce exciting new culinary programs in partnership with our marketing and culinary teams, keeping our dining experiences fresh and dynamic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree preferred
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience
- Expertise in high-volume production and luxury catering
- Proven track record in managing cost controls effectively
- Passion for growth, leadership, and excellence in the foodservice industry
