PAY RANGE FOR LINE COOK: $24.00 - $28.34/hour

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. JOB PURPOSE FOR LINE COOK: 

Line Cooks (Noodle) are responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating all of the noodle line items.

Line Cooks (Steamers) are responsible for steaming the dumplings for the guests, as well as helping support the dumpling team with preparing, assembling, and closing the dumplings. 

Line Cooks (Wok) are responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating all the wok line items.
